About Ramen: 

Sichuan Restaurant's special flavor of a deep, rich flavor of sesame paste and freshly ground pepper in a tantalizing soup, combined with firm and supple non-fried noodles. The aroma and richness of the soup has been enhanced by adding more sesame paste.

How to cook: 

1 Prepare 50g of ground meat

In preparation, fry the ground meat in a pan with a little oil. Remove the sauteed minced meat to a plate. Add ginger or other aromatic vegetables to enhance the flavor.

2 Cut the ingredients of your choice into bite-size pieces.

Prepare the ingredients of your choice, such as white onions and qinggengcai, and cut them into bite-size pieces.

3 Prepare boiled water

Pour 450 ml of boiling water into a pot and bring it to a boil over the heat.

4 Add noodles and boil for "3 minutes

Add the noodles to the pot and boil for 3 minutes while unraveling them.

5 Add the liquid soup.

Once the noodles have loosened, turn off the heat, add the liquid soup, and stir well.

6 Serve in a bowl.

Transfer the noodles and soup to a bowl, add the prepared ground meat and ingredients on top, and it is ready to serve.
