Ingredients:

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), wheat protein, reduced syrup, salt, egg white/processed starch, sake lees, brine, (contains some wheat and egg))

Soup (Soy sauce, Meat extract, Vinegar, Vegetable oil and fat, Salt, Seafood extract, Kelp extract, Sugar, Fermented seasoning, Animal oil and fat, Spices, Shiitake mushroom extract, Powdered mackerel knots/ Seasoning (amino acids), Sake spirit, Spice extract, Thickening agent (xanthan), Antioxidant (Vitamin E), Caramel color, Paprika color, ( Contains wheat, sesame, mackerel, soybeans, chicken, pork, and apples)

How to cook: 

1.In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.(2 liters of water per bag of noodles)
2. Prepare it in a bowl, dilute the included soup with about 270ml of hot water.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and medium heat for about 1 minute 20 seconds, while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is accoridng to your own preference )
4. After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5. Add your favorite toppings (such as minced meat and green onions), then drizzle with sesame sauce and mix gently to complete.
