[Tonkotsu Sauce with Seasoned Oil] The flavorful taste of tonkotsu (pork bone broth) and the richness of Kyushu soy sauce is enhanced with the addition of flavored oil.

[Ippudo] Founded in 1985 in Daimyo, Fukuoka City, this ramen restaurant serves tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen with a mild, smooth soup and thin, chewy noodles. Its tonkotsu ramen, which combines a mild and smooth soup with pleasantly chewy thin noodles, is loved by people not only in Japan but also all over the world.

Cooking method:
1. Boil the noodles, remove them from the colander, and then rinse them in cold water.

After boiling the noodles, reheat them in boiling water for a more delicious taste.
2 Drain the noodles well, add the noodles and [Tonkotsu Sauce with Seasoned Oil] to the bowl and mix well.
If the noodles have trouble loosening, add 1 tablespoon of water or hot water.
