Shipping policy

Ramen Kingdom ships directly from Tokyo, Japan via DHL International Express. To ensure product freshness from the manufacturer to your doorstep, delivery takes an average of 7-10 days from order placement to delivery. Orders placed on Japanese public holidays will be delayed until business days. For orders over $139 USD, shipping is included in the order price and includes shipping materials and parcel delivery. For orders under $139 USD, a shipping fee of $40 USD is the customer's responsibility. All taxes and duties are exclusive of the order price and are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of an on-site customs inspection, any resulting shipping delays, cargo seizures, or customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. Due to the nature of our products and shipping costs, we do not offer returns. We do not accept returns unless there are product quality issues. Minor damage to the packaging is not eligible for returns or refunds. We promise to package your item in perfect condition. Since we ship internationally, responsibility transfers upon delivery to DHL. If your shipment is eligible for a return, we will provide a shipment ID. We are not responsible if your shipment is lost, misdirected, or cannot be found, or if your shipment is intercepted and destroyed by customs.
