About Ramen:
This is Chinese cold noodles with Setouchi lemon juice.
The noodles are perfectly matched with this dish, having been carefully air-dried for a full day and night to achieve the ideal texture.

Noodles: Wheat flour (produced in Japan), powdered wheat protein, reduced malt syrup, salt, vegetable oil / processed starch, alkaline water, alcohol, gardenia colorant, (contains wheat and soybeans)
Sauce: High fructose corn syrup (produced in Japan), brewed vinegar, sugar, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, rapeseed oil, chicken extract, lemon juice, yeast extract, bonito powder, sardine dried powder / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), spices, (contains wheat, soybeans, apple, sesame, chicken)
Mustard Paste: Mustard seeds, salt, brewed vinegar, coloring agent (turmeric), acidulant (citric acid)

Shipping & Return
Shipping. Orders are air-shipped by express courier directly from Tokyo, Japan. To keep everything fresh from maker to doorstep, allow 7–10 days on average from order to delivery. Shipping is free on orders of US$169 or more and a flat US$49 below that. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
Returns. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has shipped. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it — see our Refund Policy.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Ramen Kingdom ships directly from Tokyo, Japan via international express. From order to delivery is about 7–10 days on average. Subscribe to our ramen kit and get fresh, delicious noodles whenever you crave them.
How are the kits shipped?
Kits ship in a cardboard box with insulated liners, cool-shield bubble mailers and ice packs so products arrive in the highest quality. Because of the ice packs, contents may freeze in transit — this is normal.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Singapore, Malaysia and most EU countries. Express couriers need a street address and a signature, so we cannot deliver to PO boxes. See our Shipping Policy for the full list.

Once your order ships you will receive a track & trace number so you can follow your package to your door.
