Description

Yunodai Shokudo is a well-loved ramen shop in Kisakata, Nikaho City, Akita Prefecture, located at the foot of Mt. Chokai. This instant ramen lets you enjoy the shop’s signature “chuka soba” (Chinese-style soy sauce ramen) at home, with the same satisfying balance of noodles and broth.

The noodles are thick, flat noodles with a pleasantly chewy, “mochi-like” texture and just the right amount of firmness. The soup is a soy sauce–based broth that blends the umami of chicken and seafood, creating a clean yet deeply savory flavor that keeps you sipping to the last drop.

It’s a convenient single-serving pack that brings the taste of a local Akita ramen shop straight to your bowl—great for everyday meals or as a Japanese-style gift.
