【Ingredients】
Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), egg white powder, salt, wheat protein), meat extract, vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt, animal fat, mirin, sugar, seafood extract, miso, sesame paste/ground sesame, garlic paste, brewed vinegar, grilled flying fish/sardine powder, chili pepper/flavoring (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, thickeners (modified starch, xanthan gum), alkaline water, coloring (caramel, gardenia), antioxidant (vitamin E). (Contains egg, wheat, sesame, mackerel, soybean, and pork.)

【How to cook】
1.Boil 500ml (2.5 cups) of water, then add 1 noodle bundle and cook for 4 minutes 30 seconds. (Gently loosen noodles at 3 minutes 30 seconds.)

2.Turn off heat after cooking, add 1 soup packet, and stir well.

3.Transfer to a bowl and enjoy. Adding chashu, bamboo shoots, green onions, or seasonal vegetables enhances the flavor.
