Description

Kyoto's thickest bowl, in a 5-serving pack.
Tenkaippin (天下一品) started as a street cart in Kyoto in 1971 and grew into Japan's best-known chain for one thing: kotteri, a chicken broth simmered so dense it clings to the noodles like a sauce. This pack is the take-home version of the Kyoto kotteri chicken broth: five servings with noodles, soup and the thickening powder that gives the bowl its body.

How it eats
Velvety, savoury and surprisingly clean for its weight. Finish it the shop way with chopped scallions, menma and a slice of chicken or pork, and keep a little rice for the last of the broth.

[Contents] 5 servings; each with noodles, concentrated soup and toromi (thickening) powder.

[How to Cook] Boil the noodles as printed on the pack, dissolve the soup and thickening powder in hot water, then combine and top as you like.

[Allergens] Contains wheat; see the pack for the full list. Made in Japan.

FAQ

How long does it take to receive an order?
Ramen Kingdom ships directly from Tokyo, Japan via international express. From order to delivery is about 7–10 days on average. Subscribe to our ramen kit and get fresh, delicious noodles whenever you crave them.

How are the kits shipped?
Kits ship in a cardboard box with insulated liners, cool-shield bubble mailers and ice packs so products arrive in the highest quality. Because of the ice packs, contents may freeze in transit — this is normal.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Singapore, Malaysia and most EU countries. Express couriers need a street address and a signature, so we cannot deliver to PO boxes. See our Shipping Policy for the full list.

Can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a track & trace number so you can follow your package to your door.
