About Ramen:

The noodles are characterized by firm, uneven flat noodles. The soup is an appetizing Sano ramen with an easy-to-eat soy sauce broth that is packed with flavor.

The restaurant is famous for having trained Tokio leader Jojima in the "Can you make the world's best ramen?" project on Tetsuwan DASH, but even before that, the restaurant had been awarded the "Best Ramen in the Tabelog" for three consecutive years (2012, 2013, 2014) since its opening in 2012!

In addition, it won the "Japan Ramen Award 2016" and was selected as one of the 50 best ramen restaurants in Japan!

It was also selected as one of the 100 Best Ramen Restaurants EAST 2018 and 2019!

How to cook:

1. In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.(2 liters of water per bag of noodles)
2. Prepare it in a bowl, dilute the included soup with about 300ml of hot water.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 1minute and medium heat for about 2 minutes, while breaking up the noodles. (Boiling time is according to your own preference)
4. After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5. Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
