How is the box shipped?
Packed by hand in Tokyo within 1–3 business days and sent by express courier with tracking. Fresh items travel with insulated liners and ice packs.
When will it arrive?
Most boxes arrive 7–10 days after you order. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I change my picks after ordering?
Yes, until the box is dispatched: email support@ramenkingdom.shop with your order number. Your five picks are listed on the order, so we pack exactly what you chose.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is free on orders of US$169 or more and a flat US$49 below that, so two boxes, or a box plus a few kits, ship free. Import duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
