【How to cook】
1 bag of bean sprouts (about 200g)
Hot bean sprout sauce... 3 tablespoons
【Instructions】
1.Boil the bean sprouts in hot water for about 10 seconds.
2.Immediately rinse with cold water and drain.
3Toss with 3 tablespoons of hot bean sprout sauce and enjoy.
*One bottle can be used for about 6 servings per bag of bean sprouts.
Hot Sauce Grilled Chicken Thigh
【Ingredients】

Hot bean sprout sauce... 100ml
Water... 50ml
【How to cook】
1.Mix hot bean sprout sauce and water, and marinate the chicken thigh for about 1 hour.
2.Grill until golden and crispy, and it's ready to serve.

Cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, potatoes, carrots, or any vegetables you like

1.Heat the vegetables in the microwave for about 3 minutes.

【How to cook】 (for 2 servings)
1 cup rice, 80g pork belly, 1 egg yolk, 2 boiled okra
A (90ml mirin, 1 tsp sugar, 90ml soy sauce, 360ml water)
Hot bean sprout sauce... 30-40ml
【Instructions】
1.Mix rice with hot bean sprout sauce to make spicy rice.
2.Cook pork belly with A until the liquid evaporates.
3.Prepare scrambled egg yolk.
4.Place the cooked pork, scrambled egg, and okra on top of the spicy rice, and it's ready to serve.

Shipping. Orders are air-shipped by express courier directly from Tokyo, Japan. To keep everything fresh from maker to doorstep, allow 7–10 days on average from order to delivery. Shipping is free on orders of US$169 or more and a flat US$49 below that. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
Returns. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has shipped. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it — see our Refund Policy.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Ramen Kingdom ships directly from Tokyo, Japan via international express. From order to delivery is about 7–10 days on average. Subscribe to our ramen kit and get fresh, delicious noodles whenever you crave them.
How are the kits shipped?
Kits ship in a cardboard box with insulated liners, cool-shield bubble mailers and ice packs so products arrive in the highest quality. Because of the ice packs, contents may freeze in transit — this is normal.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Singapore, Malaysia and most EU countries. Express couriers need a street address and a signature, so we cannot deliver to PO boxes. See our Shipping Policy for the full list.
