Cooking method:

1. Boil the noodles, remove them from the colander, and then rinse them in cold water.

    Ippudo's recommendation!

    After boiling the noodles, reheat them in boiling water for a more delicious taste. 

2 Drain the noodles well, add the noodles and [Tonkotsu Sauce with Seasoned Oil] to the bowl and mix well.

    If the noodles have trouble loosening, add 1 tablespoon of water or hot water. 

3  Pour in the desired amount of [Spicy Seasoning], mix well and enjoy!
