    Packed in Tokyo

    Every order is packed by hand within 1–3 business days, with insulated liners and ice packs for fresh items.

  3. Day 7–10

    Air-shipped to your door

    Express courier from Tokyo with tracking by email. Most parcels arrive 7–10 days after you order.

  4. 3 min

    Cook, top, slurp

    Boil the noodles, warm the broth, add egg, scallion or chashu, and eat it the way the shop intended.

Where do you ship?

To the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Singapore, Malaysia and most EU countries. Express couriers need a street address and a signature, so we cannot deliver to PO boxes. The full list is in our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from Tokyo within 1–3 business days and travel by express courier, so most arrive 7–10 days after they are placed. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships.

How much is shipping, and are duties included?

Shipping is free on orders of US$169 or more and a flat US$49 below that, to every country we ship to. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are billed by the courier and paid by the recipient.

How are the kits packed?

Kits travel in a cardboard box with insulated liners, cool-shield bubble mailers and ice packs. Because of the ice packs, chilled contents may arrive partly frozen; this is normal and does not affect quality.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched: write to support@ramenkingdom.shop with your order number. Once the parcel is with the courier it cannot be changed, and because the products are perishable we cannot accept returns. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded if you tell us within 7 days of delivery.
