【Noodles】 Made from a base of high-quality wheat flour with strong elasticity, stickiness, and resistance to overcooking, combined with two types of whole wheat flour of different grinds to create extremely fine noodles. After multiple trials and adjustments, this unique dry noodle recipe has been perfected—something you won’t find anywhere else.

【Soup】 Made without chemical seasonings, the soup is crafted using only carefully selected ingredients like chicken carcass, aromatic vegetables, kombu, and dried fish to bring out the "strength" of the ingredients. Despite its clear golden color, the soup boasts a deep and complex flavor, woven together by the high-quality ingredients used.

【How to Make Delicious Ramen】
1.Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook to your desired firmness. (Stir with chopsticks during cooking)
Firm: 2 minutes / Regular: 2 minutes 30 seconds
2.Add the included soup base to a bowl and pour in 270ml of boiling water, stirring well.
3.Once the noodles are cooked, drain them using a sieve, place in the bowl, and top with yuzu peel. Enjoy!
* You can also add toppings like chashu, boiled eggs, mizuna, or nori to enhance the flavor.
