About Ramen:
Suehiro Ramen Honpo is a Chinese noodle specialty restaurant with its head office in Akita and a total of six outlets in Sendai, Tokyo, and other locations, all of which originated from the "Shinpuku Caikan" food stall in front of Kyoto Station.
Suehiro" is the most famous Chinese noodle store in front of Akita Station, and has been featured in many media.
This time, we have recreated the black soup that is the hallmark of Chinese soba noodles in a bag.
The bag contains one serving of dried noodles with the flavor of dark soy sauce.
Boil the noodles in a pot, add the soup, and voila!

How to cook:
The cooking time for the noodles and the soup concentration are guidelines; feel free to adjust according to your preference.
1.Bring 550cc of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 5-6 minutes. (After 3-4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks.)
2.Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat, add the soup, and stir well. You can also top it with boiled eggs, green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), chashu (braised pork), bean sprouts, and enjoy!
