About Ramen:
The owner, who trained at a popular ramen shop in Sapporo, opened the popular ramen shop "Hayanoki" in the Fushimi area of Sapporo. This 2-serving fresh ramen faithfully recreates their most popular dish, the "Miso Flavor." This ramen has won the "King of Ramen" title in a local Hokkaido TV show’s ramen ranking. Enjoy the flavor that made this ramen shop famous.

【Shelf life】
40 days. Please store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures/humidity.
【Ingredients】
Fresh noodles: Wheat flour (made in Japan), wheat protein, dried egg white, salt, edible vegetable oil, kansui (alkaline water), alcohol, processed starch, sodium lactate, thickening polysaccharides, dusting flour (processed starch), coloring agent (Vitamin B2) (Contains wheat, egg, and soybeans).
Soup: Miso, animal fat, meat extract, sugar, garlic, mirin, sesame, salt, brewed vinegar, ginger, onion extract, pepper, vegetable oil, chili pepper / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, thickening agents (processed starch, xanthan), caramel color, antioxidant (Vitamin E), fragrance, spice extracts (Contains sesame, soybeans, and pork).

Shipping. Orders are air-shipped by express courier directly from Tokyo, Japan. To keep everything fresh from maker to doorstep, allow 7–10 days on average from order to delivery. Shipping is free on orders of US$169 or more and a flat US$49 below that. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
Returns. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has shipped. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it — see our Refund Policy.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Ramen Kingdom ships directly from Tokyo, Japan via international express. From order to delivery is about 7–10 days on average. Subscribe to our ramen kit and get fresh, delicious noodles whenever you crave them.
How are the kits shipped?
Kits ship in a cardboard box with insulated liners, cool-shield bubble mailers and ice packs so products arrive in the highest quality. Because of the ice packs, contents may freeze in transit — this is normal.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Singapore, Malaysia and most EU countries. Express couriers need a street address and a signature, so we cannot deliver to PO boxes. See our Shipping Policy for the full list.

Once your order ships you will receive a track & trace number so you can follow your package to your door.
