Product description
Product reviews

This is the signature shoyu ramen from “Tani,” a shop serving classic Onomichi-style ramen. The soup is based on fish dashi and soy sauce, then simmered together with chicken bones, pork bones, and back fat. The result is a broth that is rich and flavorful with deep umami, yet still tastes surprisingly light and easy to finish.

The noodles are classic wheat-based ramen noodles that pair perfectly with the broth, allowing the savory flavor of the soup to cling to every strand. It’s an ideal way to enjoy regional Onomichi ramen at home or share it as a gift with a strong local character.
