Product reviews

“Masumi” is the legendary original beef bone ramen shop from Yonago in Tottori Prefecture, known as the birthplace of Tottori gyukotsu ramen. The story goes that the founder recreated a Chinese-style soup he remembered from his days in Manchuria, resulting in a rich, slightly sweet beef bone ramen that became a local icon.

This set lets you enjoy that historic flavor at home. The soup is based on beef bone, with a rich, full-bodied taste and a gentle sweetness, supported by layers of beef, chicken, and pork umami. The noodles are classic wheat-based ramen noodles with a satisfying texture, designed to pair perfectly with the hearty beef bone shoyu broth. This is a bowl that has been handed down from the first generation to the second and third—true “heritage ramen” from Tottori.
