About Ramen:

Seikinzawa's thick Chinese soba noodles, Shinzen, has been renewed and is now even thicker and dumber!

One sip perfectly expresses the pork's distinctive thudding and rich flavor. The pork hits you head-on while retaining the sharpness of the soy sauce, making this a supreme bowl.

It has won the top prize in Japan twice at the Tokyo Ramen Show (2013, 2015). Ranked No. 1 for seven consecutive years in the Ishikawa Prefecture popularity poll ranking on the official career website "Cho-Ramen Navi.

How to cook:

1. First, immerse the attached soup bag in a bowl of hot water without opening it, and heat it thoroughly.
※ Do not heat the bag directly in a pot.
2. In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a boil.

3. Dilute the accompanying soup with about 270ml of hot water and prepare in a bowl.
4. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and low heat for about 1 minute, while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is accoridng to your own preference )
5. After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
6. Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
