About Ramen:
TThis is a collaborative product with the popular ramen shop “Nagamachi Ramen” in Miyagi Prefecture. “Nagamachi Ramen” is known for its strong flavors of katsuobushi (dried bonito) and niboshi (dried sardines), featuring a pork bone-based niboshi soy sauce taste.

[Shelf Life] 180 days. Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
[How to cook]
The cooking time for the noodles and the soup concentration are guidelines; feel free to adjust according to your preference.
1.Bring 550cc of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes. (After 2-3 minutes, gently stir the noodles with chopsticks.)
2.Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat, add the soup, and stir well. You can also top it with boiled eggs, green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), chashu (braised pork), bean sprouts, and enjoy!

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), egg white powder, salt, wheat protein), soy sauce, animal fat, salt, pork extract, vegetable fat, chicken extract, katsuobushi extract seasoning, sugar, katsuobushi (crushed), flavoring oil, starch, niboshi (crushed), spices, garlic / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, kansui (alkaline mineral water), caramel coloring, gardenia coloring.

Shipping. Orders are air-shipped by express courier directly from Tokyo, Japan. To keep everything fresh from maker to doorstep, allow 7–10 days on average from order to delivery. Shipping is free on orders of US$169 or more and a flat US$49 below that. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
Returns. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has shipped. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it — see our Refund Policy.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Ramen Kingdom ships directly from Tokyo, Japan via international express. From order to delivery is about 7–10 days on average. Subscribe to our ramen kit and get fresh, delicious noodles whenever you crave them.
How are the kits shipped?
Kits ship in a cardboard box with insulated liners, cool-shield bubble mailers and ice packs so products arrive in the highest quality. Because of the ice packs, contents may freeze in transit — this is normal.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Singapore, Malaysia and most EU countries. Express couriers need a street address and a signature, so we cannot deliver to PO boxes. See our Shipping Policy for the full list.
