About Ramen:
The “Original Kimchi Natto Ramen” from “Yanagiya,” a beloved shop in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, is now available as a single-serving bag noodle.
This ramen features a broth rich in the delicious combination of kimchi and natto, paired with medium-thick, chewy noodles made from Yanagiya's own farm-produced wheat “ Wakko”. It’s a carefully crafted collaboration ramen. Noodles, broth, and a special dry natto pouch are included.

[Shelf Life] 180 days. Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity.

[How to cook]
The boiling time for the noodles and the strength of the broth are guidelines, so feel free to adjust according to your taste.
1.Pour 550cc of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes. (After about 3-4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks while cooking.)
2.Add the dry natto just before the noodles are fully cooked. Once cooked, turn off the heat, add the broth, and stir well. You can also top it with ingredients like a raw egg, kimchi, green onions, bamboo shoots, or char siu for extra flavor.

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), egg white powder, salt, wheat protein), miso, pork extract, soy sauce, sugar, salt, animal fat, sesame oil, dried natto, vegetable extract, doubanjiang, chili sauce, garlic, bonito powder, spices / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, caramel color, kansui, gardenia color, antioxidant (vitamin E), (contains some wheat, egg, soybean, pork, sesame, apple).
