About Ramen:

This is the traditional and original taste of Ippudo, passed down since its founding. The broth is a silky, rich soup that extracts the umami of pork bones to the extreme, creating an aromatic, full-bodied flavor. It pairs perfectly with the thin noodles typical of Hakata-style ramen.

60 days. Please store at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight, high heat, and humidity.

Ingredients:

Noodles: Wheat flour (made in Japan), fermented seasoning, wheat protein, syrup, dried egg white (contains egg), salt

Soup: Pork bone broth (pork bone, onion, garlic-based stock), sugar, gelatin, protein hydrolysate (made in Japan), lard, pork powder, pork extract powder, pork bone soup (pork bone, chicken bone, onion, carrot, garlic-based stock), gelatin, yeast extract (contains chicken), salt, San On sugar

Base Stock: Soy sauce (contains soybeans, wheat) (made in Japan), salt, fermented seasoning, mirin, kombu tea, grated garlic, yeast extract, grated ginger, pepper

Pickled Ginger: Ginger (Thailand), pickling seasoning (salt, brewed vinegar)

Pepper: Pepper powder (made in Japan), garlic powder (contains soybeans)

How to cook:

1. Bring 400cc of water to the boil in a pot.

2. Drop the noodles in the boiling water and unravel. After cooking for 15-20 seconds, turn off the heat. Pour the Soup and Broth Concentrate and stir well.

3. Transfer the noodles and the soup from the pot into a serving bowl. Top with Shredded Red Pickled Ginger and Pepper, and garnish with herbs or other seasonings as desired before serving.
