This is a mazesoba sauce supervised by the famous ramen shop “Ippudo.” It features a rich tonkotsu flavor complemented by the roasted garlic aroma of black ma-yu (roasted garlic oil) in the 【rich tonkotsu sauce】 and a 【Akamaru spicy miso sauce】 that allows you to adjust the spiciness to your taste.

【Ippudo】 is a ramen restaurant that was founded in 1985 in the Daimyo district of Fukuoka City. Known for its tonkotsu ramen, which combines a rich, smooth broth with finely textured noodles, it has earned love from ramen enthusiasts not only in Japan but around the world.

【Ingredients】

【Recommended toppings】
Cubed char siu, chopped green onions, boiled bean sprouts, finely sliced wood ear mushrooms, etc.

【Directions】

Boil the noodles, then rinse them in cold water and drain well. Ippudo’s recommendation is to reheat the noodles in hot water after chilling them, for even better flavor.
Drain the noodles well and combine them with the 【rich tonkotsu sauce】 in a bowl, mixing thoroughly. ※If the noodles are hard to loosen, add about 1 tablespoon of water or hot water.
Add the 【Akamaru spicy miso sauce】 to your desired level of spice and mix it well before enjoying.
