Firm, flat, wavy noodles are paired with a richly aromatic chicken-and-soy-sauce broth. The soup has been renewed to be deeper in flavor and even closer to the taste you get at the restaurant, making this a truly satisfying bowl from the very first sip.

1. Bring plenty of water to a boil in a pot.
