Ingredients:

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), reduced syrup, salt/liquorice, kansui, processed starch, (contains some wheat))
Soup (meat extract (manufactured in Japan), salt, pork fat, protein hydrolysate, sugar, soy sauce, processed pork fat, gelatin/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), sake spirit, caramel color, sodium alginate, thickener (xanthan), acidifier, talagum, (contains wheat, soybeans, pork, chicken, gelatin))
Yakumi sauce (Gochujang (Korean red bell pepper paste), Protein hydrolysate, Garlic paste, Dried red bell pepper, Riced sesame, Chili pepper, Garlic powder, Salt, Shiitake mushroom extract/ Processed starch, Liquor spirit, Color (carotinoid, lac, caramel), Acidifier, Seasoning (amino acid, etc.), (Some contain soybean and sesame. ))

About Ramen: A famous restaurant in Kurume, the birthplace of tonkotsu ramen. ‘Ramen is entertainment!’ says the owner, Takahisa Oho. He combines his passion for each meal with performance to bring smiles to many people's faces.
 

How to cook: 

1 Bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2 Dilute the accompanying soup with about 300ml of water and prepare in a bowl.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and medium heat for about 30 seconds, while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is accoridng to your own preference )
4 After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5 The spiciness of the sauce can be adjusted with the attached condiment sauce, and it can be served with your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
