About Ramen: 

Enjoy Ippudo's silken tonkotsu ramen in the comfort of your own home.

This set includes one serving each of Hakata Ippudo's famous "Shiro-Maru" and "Akamaru" ramen noodles. 

Shiro-Maru combines straight noodles with a silky tonkotsu broth.

Akamaru is topped with deep, spicy miso based on soybean paste and chili pepper, and richly flavored oil.

The dried noodles can be stored for a long time.

Enjoy authentic silky tonkotsu ramen whenever you like.

How to cook: 

1 Add 450 cc of water to a pot and bring to a boil.

2 Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 1 minute and 10 to 30 seconds (recommended 1 minute and 10 seconds), then turn off the heat, add the soup and stir well.

3-1 “Shiromaru”: Transfer from the pot to a bowl and serve. Add condiments as desired.

3-2 “Akamaru”: Transfer from the pot to a bowl of rice and add spicy miso paste and spiced oil*. Add spicy miso paste and spicy oil* to the bowl.
