Packed by hand in Tokyo within 1–3 business days and sent by express courier with tracking. Fresh items travel with insulated liners and ice packs.
When will it arrive?
Most boxes arrive 7–10 days after you order. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I change my picks after ordering?
Yes, until the box is dispatched: email support@ramenkingdom.shop with your order number. Your five picks are listed on the order, so we pack exactly what you chose.
Is shipping included?
Yes, for the box itself. The box is a free-shipping offer: it ships by express courier from Tokyo, tracked, to all 39 countries we serve, with no shipping fee, even though its price is below our US$169 free-shipping minimum.
If you add other products to the same order, those products are charged under our standard shipping policy: free express shipping when they come to US$169 or more, otherwise a US$49 flat rate. Import duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
