Established in 1964 as "Junren (Sumire)", the restaurant opened in Nakajima in 1989 as "Sumire". The miso ramen has continued to evolve with the times in pursuit of flavor, and is characterized by its thick, rich, and aromatic soup and the medium-thick, wavy noodles characteristic of Sapporo. Currently, the company has three stores in Sapporo and another store in Yokohama.

Ingredients:
Miso Sauce: Miso (made in Japan), canola oil, sesame oil, pork extract, hon-mirin, salt, sugar, fried onion powder, soy sauce, brewed vinegar, processed garlic, coffee powder, red chili pepper / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, thickeners (modified starch, xanthan gum), coloring (caramel, paprika extract), antioxidant (vitamin E).

Spicy Seasoning:Reduced maltose syrup (made in Japan), miso, garlic, salt, red chili pepper, brewed vinegar, ginger / alcohol, thickeners (modified starch, xanthan gum), seasoning (amino acids, etc.), coloring (caramel, paprika extract).

Ingredients (1 Serving):
Noodles of choice (e.g., Chinese noodles): 1 portion (thick noodles recommended!)
※ If using dried noodles, prepare one serving.

Cooking method:

1. Boil the noodles, remove them from the colander, and then rinse them in cold water.

    Sumire's recommendation!

    After the noodles have been seasoned, reheat the noodles with boiling water or other hot water for better flavor. 

2 Drain the noodles well, add the noodles and [thick miso sauce] to the bowl and mix well.

    ※ If the noodles have difficulty loosening, add about 1 tablespoon of water or hot water.

3 [Garlic Spicy Sauce] add the desired amount and stir to taste.

4 Top with your favorite side dishes (pork, scallions, bean sprouts, eggs, grated ginger, kimchi, etc.) for extra flavor!
