Enjoy the firm texture and irregular cut of these noodles, best appreciated when chilled. Pair them with a sweet and sour dipping sauce infused with abundant garnishes.
Three types of pork bones combined with the sweetness of chicken broth, topped with chicken oil for a rich soup. The traditional popping thick noodles are a symbol of the Tamuraya faction.

[Shelf Life]
90 days at room temperature. Store away from direct sunlight and high humidity.

[How to cook]
1.Boil 2 liters of water per bag of noodles in a large pot.
2.Add noodles to boiling water, gently stir for 30 seconds on high heat, then simmer on medium heat for about 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes.
3.Drain the cooked noodles using a strainer and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Drain well and serve in a separate dish from the soup.
4.Dilute the included soup with about 50ml of cold water.
5.Add preferred toppings (such as chashu, menma, spinach) and garnishes (such as sesame, green onions) to the dipping sauce for enhanced flavor.
