This set includes one serving each of Hakata Ippudo's famous "Shiro-Maru" and "Akamaru" ramen noodles. 

Shiro-Maru combines straight noodles with a silky tonkotsu broth.

Akamaru is topped with deep, spicy miso based on soybean paste and chili pepper, and richly flavored oil.

The dried noodles can be stored for a long time.

Spicy miso: Candy syrup (made in Japan), reduced sugar syrup, soy sauce (including soybeans and wheat), chili pepper, miso, salt, soybean paste, paprika powder, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger paste, garlic paste/liquor, seasoning (amino acid, etc.), processed starch, coloring (carotenoids, caramel), acidifier, thickening agent (xanthan), flavoring Xanthan)

How to cook: 

1. Add 450 cc of water to a pot and bring to a boil.

2. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 1 minute and 10 to 30 seconds (recommended 1 minute and 10 seconds), then turn off the heat, add the soup and stir well.

3.【White Maru】Pour the ramen from the pot into a bowl and it's ready to serve. Add condiments as desired.
3.【Red Maru】Pour the ramen from the pot into a bowl, add the included spicy miso and flavored oil※, and mix well. Add condiments as desired.
※For extra flavor, you can pre-warm the flavored oil by placing the sealed packet in hot water before using.
