Perfect as a gift or a treat for yourself, “Yuzu Shoyu” combines the rich umami of premium shoyu with the refreshing aroma of Japanese yuzu, making it a masterpiece we’re confident in. This shelf-stable ramen is easy to store and allows you to enjoy authentic flavors anytime with ease.

【Noodles】
These thin, delicate noodles are made from two types of whole wheat flour with different textures, giving them a firm, resilient bite and resistance to overcooking. Our special dry noodles have a unique blend that you won't find anywhere else, perfected through countless trials.

【Soup】
・Special Shoyu Base
A harmonious blend of rich flavor and aroma with a pleasant aftertaste.

・Triple Broth: Chicken, Seafood, and Vegetables
A perfectly balanced broth unique to AFURI, offering a translucent yet deeply flavorful experience.

【Toppings】
We use finely cut yuzu peel from domestic sources. Yuzu is one of AFURI’s signature ingredients, and we take great care in selecting the peel’s texture and portion size for each serving.

Storage Instructions
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Please consume promptly after opening, regardless of the expiration date.

Cooking Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook to your desired firmness (loosen the noodles with chopsticks as they cook).
Firm: 2 minutes / Standard: 2 minutes 30 seconds
While the noodles are cooking, mix the included soup packet with 270ml of boiling water in a bowl.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and place them in the bowl with the soup. Garnish with the included yuzu peel and enjoy!
Optional: Add chashu pork, boiled eggs, mizuna greens, or seaweed for an even richer experience!
