About Ramen:

Hot-and-sour soup with the mild sourness of spiced vinegar and the spiciness of raayu, combined with firm and supple non-fried noodles and finished with egg for an authentic Chinese flavor. The aroma of sesame oil has been enhanced, all under supervision of EIRIN.

How to cook:

(1) Preparation

Beat 1 egg and set aside.

(2) Boil noodles and transfer to a bowl.

Put the noodles in 500 ml of boiling water and boil for 3 minutes while unraveling. Turn off the heat and transfer the noodles to a bowl.

Do not discard the hot water.

(3) Make the soup

Put the pot back on the heat, add the powdered soup, and stir well.

Turn the heat to high, add the beaten egg, let it simmer for a minute, and then turn off the heat.

(4) Finish with liquid soup

Add the liquid soup to the pan after turning off the heat and stir gently.

(5) Serve in a bowl

Pour the soup over the noodles that have been transferred to the bowl. Add boiled shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, peas, ham, etc. to taste.
