Before you write
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Tokyo within 1–3 business days and travel by express courier, so most arrive 7–10 days after they are placed. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of US$169 or more, and a flat US$49 below that, to every country we ship to. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient. See the Shipping Policy.
Something arrived damaged or is missing
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We will replace or refund the affected items. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the parcel is with the courier it can no longer be changed, and because the products are perishable we cannot accept returns.
