Delicious way to enjoy:
(1) Place the soup in the bag in a bowl of hot water to heat it up, which will dissolve the lard and make it easier to remove the contents.
*Please note that the contents may leak out if heated in a pot of boiling water. Once the soup is heated, discard the hot water in the pot.
(2) Boil 650-700ml of water in a pot and put the noodles into the boiling water and boil for about 7 minutes.
(After 4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles.) *Adjust the amount of water and the boiling time according to your preference.
When the noodles are finished boiling, turn off the heat, add the soup, and mix well.
If it is difficult to open, use scissors.
4) Transfer the soup into a bowl and garnish with the attached pickled bamboo shoots, chashu pork, green onions, etc., as desired.
