Enjoy the limited edition ramen that was previously available only at selected Ippudo locations, now at home.

This ramen is made without any animal-based ingredients, offering a gentle and new flavor.
It uses sesame paste and vegetable extracts to recreate the smooth richness of the broth.
Each pack includes "flavored oil" and "spicy miso," allowing you to enjoy either the "White Maru" or "Red Maru" ramen.

Ingredients:

Noodles: wheat flour (manufactured in Japan), salt/water

Soup: Soybean oil (manufactured in Japan), salt, sugar, protein hydrolysate, soy sauce (including soybeans and wheat), sesame paste, garlic paste, flavored cooking oil, vegetable extract, onion powder, pepper powder, ginger powder, seasoning (amino acid, etc.), emulsifier, processed starch, caramel color, thickening agent (guar gum) Flavoring agent (guar gum)

Spicy miso: Candy (manufactured in Japan), reduced sugar syrup, soy sauce (including soybeans and wheat), chili pepper, miso, salt, soybean sauce, paprika powder, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger paste, garlic paste/liquor, seasoning (amino acid, etc.), processed starch, coloring (carotenoids, caramel), acidifier, thickening agent (guar gum), flavor Xanthan)

Aromatic oil: Rape seed oil (produced in Japan), aromatic cooking oil, dried garlic, edible refined processed oils and fats, roasted onion.

How to cook: 

1. Add 450 cc of water to a pot and bring to a boil.

2. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 1 minute and 10 to 30 seconds (recommended 1 minute and 10 seconds), then turn off the heat, add the soup and stir well.

3.【White Maru】Pour the ramen from the pot into a bowl and it's ready to serve. Add condiments as desired.
3.【Red Maru】Pour the ramen from the pot into a bowl, add the included spicy miso and flavored oil※, and mix well. Add condiments as desired.
※For extra flavor, you can pre-warm the flavored oil by placing the sealed packet in hot water before using.
