Fresh noodles: Wheat flour (Made in Japan), wheat gluten, dried egg white, salt, edible vegetable oil / kansui (alkaline water), alcohol, processed starch, sodium lactate, thickening polysaccharides, coloring agent (Vitamin B2) (Contains wheat, egg, and soybeans).
