How to cook:
Prepare as large a pot as possible and bring plenty of water to a boil. You will need at least 1 liter of hot water per 100 grams of noodles.
Be sure to add the noodles one at a time, even if it is tedious, as they will stick together if you add them all at once.
Boil the noodles in the pot for 10 minutes after they float to the surface. The boiling time is just a guide, so please adjust to your preference.
After boiling to your liking, quickly remove the noodles to a colander, rinse with cold water and drain well.
Prepare dipping sauce, condiments, etc. before boiling, and serve while freshly boiled. The texture and flavor are exceptional.
If you wish to use the noodles in a stew or one-pot dish, do not put them directly into the pot, but boil them before use.
