An evolved take on classic tonkotsu—Clear Tonkotsu Ramen

Meticulously crafted broth: Through time-consuming blood-removal prep and slow, gentle simmering (never boiled), the broth achieves pure clarity—zero gaminess, only deep, rich umami. A masterpiece of refined flavor.

Perfect noodle pairing: Thin, straight noodles with a smooth texture and wheat aroma that perfectly complements the broth.

Citrusy twist included: Comes with Oita-grown yuzu juice to add mid-meal for a refreshing flavor boost ("kaedama" style).

(This product contains only noodles, soup base, and yuzu juice. Chashu pork, scallions, etc., are not included.)
