3 Servings Hanayama Onihimokawa Udon, Japanese Wide Noodle with Meat Juice Sauce

[How to cook:] 
1 Prepare as large a pot as possible and bring plenty of water to a boil. You will need at least 1 liter of hot water per 100 grams of noodles.
2 Be sure to add the noodles one at a time, even if it is tedious, as they will stick together if you add them all at once.
3 Boil the noodles in the pot for 10 minutes after they float to the surface. The boiling time is just a guide, so please adjust to your preference.
4 After boiling to your liking, quickly remove the noodles to a colander, rinse with cold water and drain well.
5 Prepare dipping sauce, condiments, etc. before boiling, and serve while freshly boiled. The texture and flavor are exceptional.
6 If you wish to use the noodles in a stew or one-pot dish, do not put them directly into the pot, but boil them before use.

[Basic Cooking Instructions] Pour one packet of Meat Juice Sauce into a bowl or small bowl, and dilute it with 150 to 170 milliliters of hot water. Dip the freshly cooked noodles in the hot sauce.
[Enhanced Cooking Instructions]Pour one packet of Meat Juice Sauce base and 180 milliliters of water into a small pot and heat. Once the water boils, add 50 grams of sliced pork, a moderate amount of diagonally sliced green onions, and diced tofu. Bring to a boil again to ensure the ingredients are cooked. Dip the freshly cooked noodles in the hot sauce.
You can add vegetables such as mushrooms, eggplant, or substitute beef, chicken, or duck for pork, all of which will be delicious. 
You can also thicken the soup with cornstarch slurry for a better coating on the noodles.
