【Ingredients】
Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), egg white powder, salt, wheat protein), animal fat, soy sauce, meat extract, salt, vegetable oil, sugar, bonito extract, brewed vinegar, flavor seasoning, bonito flakes powder, dried sardines powder, kelp extract, spices / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, alkaline water, coloring (caramel, gardenia yellow), thickener (xanthan gum), acidulant. (Contains eggs, dairy, wheat, soybeans, chicken, pork)
【How to cook】
1.Boil 500-600ml of water, then add one packet of noodles and cook for 4.5 minutes. (Gently loosen the noodles after 3.5 minutes.)
2. Turn off the heat once the noodles are cooked, add one soup packet, and stir well.
3.Transfer to a bowl and enjoy. Adding chashu, bamboo shoots, or seasonal vegetables will enhance the flavor.
