Ippudo Spicy Bean Sprouts

【How to cook】

1 bag of bean sprouts (about 200g)

Hot bean sprout sauce... 3 tablespoons

【Instructions】

1.Boil the bean sprouts in hot water for about 10 seconds.
2.Immediately rinse with cold water and drain.
3Toss with 3 tablespoons of hot bean sprout sauce and enjoy.

Hot bean sprout sauce... 30-40ml

【Instructions】

1.Mix rice with hot bean sprout sauce to make spicy rice.
2.Cook pork belly with A until the liquid evaporates.
3.Prepare scrambled egg yolk.
4.Place the cooked pork, scrambled egg, and okra on top of the spicy rice, and it's ready to serve.
