Noodles: Thick Chinese-style noodles with a firm texture, carefully made over two days.
[Instructions]
1.Preheat the liquid soup by placing the sealed pouch in hot water to warm it thoroughly.
2.Before the noodles finish cooking, pour the liquid soup into a bowl, add 250ml of hot water, and mix well.
3.Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 6 minutes.
4.Drain the noodles well and transfer them to the bowl with the soup. For extra flavor, garnish with green onions, chashu pork, bamboo shoots, or other preferred toppings
