Product Description： 

Plant-based ramen made with only 100% plant-based ingredients, combining the savory flavors of vegetables and a rich soup base, Taiyumen Miso × Sesame Ramen.

Commitment to Noodles

Craftsmen adjust the temperature and humidity based on the noodle’s condition and the weather, carefully aging the noodles for 3 days (60 hours) to create noodles rich in wheat flavor and smooth texture. The noodles are made with domestically produced konjac powder, replacing the traditional calcium carbonate, for a smooth texture.

The rich miso ramen soup base is made with mild rice miso, blended with sesame paste and sesame oil, flavored with domestically produced soy sauce made from whole soybeans, and adjusted with cabbage extract. The soup is accented with chili and pepper for a bold taste. The sugar used is 100% Hanami sugar.

Hanami sugar is made from 100% domestically grown sugarcane.
