Product Description： 

Plant-based ramen made with vegetable umami and a rich soy sauce broth, using only plant-based ingredients.

Noodle Expertise:
Craftsmen carefully observe the state of the noodles and the weather, adjusting temperature and humidity while slowly aging the noodles for 3 days (60 hours). This process results in noodles with a rich wheat flavor and a smooth texture. The noodles are made with domestically-produced konjac powder, creating a smooth texture, instead of the traditional calcium-based powder. The soy sauce broth is made with domestically-brewed dark soy sauce, enriched with the flavors of Chinese cabbage and kombu, and sweetened with 100% Hanami sugar (sugar made from 100% domestic sugarcane), with a ginger accent added.
