About Ramen: 

This is a collaboration product with the popular ramen shop "Kumo no Ito" in Yamagata Prefecture. "Kumo no Ito" is a specialty shop for niboshi (dried fish) ramen, offering a light yet richly flavorful ramen made with seafood broth and lard.

How to cook: 

1 Bring 550ml of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 5-6 minutes, while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is according to your own preference ).
3 After boiling, add the soup sauce into the pot and transfer the noodles and the soup from the pot into a serving bowl.

4 Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
