About Ramen:
“Yakiniku Restaurant Daishoen,” a long-established grill house loved for over 60 years in Akita City.
The signature spicy beef tail ramen features a rich flavor from beef tail soup, sweetness from vegetables, and a hint of spiciness that harmonizes into a flavorful dish.
Includes noodles and soup. Feel free to top it with ingredients of your choice.

[Contents] 120g (Noodles 70g, Soup 50g)
[Shelf Life] 180 days. Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

[How to cook]
The cooking time for the noodles and the soup concentration are guidelines; feel free to adjust according to your preference.
1.Bring 550cc of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 6 minutes. (After 3-4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks.)
2.Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat, add the soup, and stir well. You can also top it with boiled eggs, green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), chashu (braised pork), bean sprouts, and enjoy!

[Ingredients]
Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), egg white powder, salt, wheat protein), beef extract, soy sauce, sugars (mixed syrup, granulated sugar), salt, miso, vegetable extract, animal fat, garlic puree, red chili pepper, sesame oil, kombu dashi (kelp broth), doubanjiang (spicy bean paste), seafood extract, onion powder, ginger powder / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, thickening polysaccharides, caramel coloring, kansui (alkaline mineral water), gardenia coloring, antioxidant (vitamin E) (contains some wheat, egg, soybean, beef, and sesame).
