This is a bowl from the trendy line-up shop “Menya Nidaime Yaraika.” Using a secret chili oil, it perfectly captures the exquisite balance of spiciness and sourness in the signature dish “Miso Sour Spicy Noodles.” It’s a bowl that transcends the common knowledge of instant noodles.

[How to cook]
The cooking time for the noodles and the soup concentration are guidelines; feel free to adjust according to your preference.
1.Bring 550cc of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 6 minutes. (After 3-4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks.)
2.Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat, add the soup, and stir well. You can also top it with boiled eggs, green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), chashu (braised pork), bean sprouts, and enjoy!

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), egg white powder, salt, wheat protein), miso, chicken bone broth, soy sauce, pork extract, chicken extract, roasted onion, brewed vinegar, sugar, apple juice, animal fat, chili oil, salt, toasted sesame seeds, garlic puree, ginger puree, spices, kombu extract / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), thickening polysaccharides, alcohol, kansui (alkaline mineral water), caramel coloring, gardenia coloring, antioxidant (vitamin E), acidulant (contains some wheat, egg, soybean, chicken, pork, sesame, and apple).
