Using a unique method, freshly picked tea leaves are steeped in hot water to reduce caffeine content, while extracting the juicy sweetness of the first-picked leaves. The skin and pulp of Shizuoka-grown yuzu are dried whole, and fresh fragrance is locked in through high-pressure drying, blending with dried lemongrass for a refreshing aroma.
